While facing many difficulties during the pandemic and many losing a place to go find happiness, we wanted to provide a place where people can get together to share laughs and stories. Not just a bar where you can drink, but a place you can relax after your long day, meet new friends, and most importantly eat great food. The merge of an experienced and talented Japanese crew brings you to the most authentic and cozy vibes.

One of the owners Ryu Takahashi and our chef Ippei Iwata have a combination of
36 years+ of culinary experience. The authentic Japanese foods in Sampo are made of
skillful hands but also with their passion and love.
